New at www.railwaygazette.com, an opportunity for railway professionals to network, share news and comment on current developments.

Railway Gazette officially launched its new Community section on its website during the InnoTrans show in Berlin on September 23. Offering a variety of blogs, personal news stories and groups, the Community section is intended to provide readers and other railway professionals with an opportunity to network, share news and comment on current developments.

For more than 175 years, Railway Gazette International and its forebears have been dedicated to encouraging an exchange of ideas between railways around the world. The Community website is intended as a further extension of this work, which is intended to become a platform for building relationships and exchanging news and ideas across the whole rail sector.

Community members can bookmark forthcoming events and see which of their contacts or group members may be attending. Further enhancements will be rolled out over the coming months, as the Community starts to grow.
