Johnny Boo has joined the Infrastructure team at Lloyd’s Register’s UK rail business from Network Rail, where he was involved on Crossrail surface works. Simon Whitehouse has joined the London office from URS Scott Wilson to head Independent Assurance services, while engineering and traction specialist Tony Woof moves to LR from WS Atkins to work on energy management services as well as safety case and fleet support work.
