Maurizio Lupi has been appointed Italy’s Infrastructure & Transport Minister in the ‘grand coalition’ government. He has been charged with creating a transport authority, which will develop a strategic plan for transport and logistics, and is keen to encourage public-private partnerships to invest in infrastructure.
