Oleg Belozerov, President & CEO of Russian Railways, has been nominated as UIC Chairman to complete the term started by former RZD President Vladimir Yakunin. His role is to be confirmed at UIC’s General Assembly on December 1, until when Michele Elia will continue as acting Chairman.
