Paul Plummer, Group Strategy Director of Network Rail, has been appointed Chief Executive of the UK’s Rail Delivery Group and the Association of Train Operating Companies.
Plummer has been one of the two Network Rail members of the RDG since its inception in 2011, and will take up the post of CEO in November, succeeding Michael Roberts.
