UK: LNER and Velociti Solutions have updated their ERTMS driver-machine interface training app to provide train drivers with more realistic simulations, more accurate screen layouts and additional scenarios.
The ERTMS DMI app is used as part of LNER’s training programme to support the transition to ETCS. The app allows drivers to navigate the switch between different signalling systems, with key symbols and acronyms to hand to refer to and use as and when required.
