ECM has signed a turnkey contract to supply the signalling systems for the Tiranë – Durrës modernisation programme

ALBANIA: Progress Rail subsidiary ECM has signed a turnkey contract to supply the signalling systems for the Tiranë – Durrës modernisation programme, which is being undertaken by Italian company INC under a contract signed with national railway HSH in February.
