LB FOSTER: Rail infrastructure, engineering and technology specialist LB Foster has announced a series of management changes in its Rail division.
Greg Lippard has been named Vice-President, Rail. In addition to his responsibilities for the Rail Distribution, Allegheny Rail Products and Transit Products business and North American sales, he will now take charge of the company’s global Friction Management business, R&D and engineering activities. Lippard will continue to report to John Kasel, the company’s Senior Vice-President, Rail & Construction.
Peter Jones becomes Vice-President, Global Technology, in addition to his existing role as Managing Director, Europe, while Steve Fletcher becomes Vice-President, Global Friction Management.
Jason Bowlin is promoted to Vice-President, Rail Products and will manage the Rail Distribution, Allegheny Rail Products and Transit Products businesses. Patrick Tully is promoted to Senior Director, Rail Sales, for the North American market, while Jen Rohr becomes Director, Technical Sales, and Sarah McBrayer is promoted to Assistant General Manager, Transit Products.
Director, Rail, Sid Shue will assume operational responsibility for the company’s Pueblo plant as well as ARP production at Niles, Ohio, and the Track Components manufacturing unit in St Jean, Québec. General Manager, Rail Distribution, Craig Davis will assume operational responsibility for the Columbia City yard in Indiana and the welded rail delivery train fleet.
In addition to his Rail supply role, Director, Supply Chain, Rich Burnside will assume indirect purchasing for LB Foster, alongside his operational responsibilities for the Salient Systems operation in Dublin, Ohio, and Friction Management products manufacturing at Niles.
