INTERNATIONAL: Snapper Services has introduced multilingual versions of its Mosaiq suite of public transport data analysis software.
This adds full localisation in Italian, Spanish and Portuguese and regional variants of English. Additional languages and region-specific features are under development.
Snapper Services launched Mosaiq at the Transport Ticketing Global conference in London in 2023. The suite includes several cloud-based products which bring together multiple and disjointed streams of data in one system to provide public transport operators with a complete picture of what is happening.
‘Mosaiq was built to make complex transit data simple’, explained CEO Miki Szikszai. ‘This update makes those same insights more accessible by translating the platform into widely used languages and regional variants of English. It’s a practical step that helps teams work in the terminology they’re most familiar with, supporting faster understanding, smoother adoption and better collaboration across regions.’
