PhosAgro has signed a 10-year agreement to lease 500 high-capacity hopper wagons from Gazprombank Leasing.

RUSSIA: Fertiliser producer PhosAgro has signed a 2·9bn rouble 10-year agreement to lease 500 high-capacity hopper wagons from Gazprombank Leasing, with an option to buy.
