Investment spurs Kazakh rolling stock industry

KAZAKHSTAN: Freight operator Kaztemirtrans has taken delivery of the first 119 of 615 open wagons funded by ATF Bank and manufactured by Kazakhstan Rail Car Building Co with 40% domestic content.
