CAPTION: Chilean private freight concessionaire Fepasa, managed by US short line group Anacostia & Pacific, is buying 14 SD39-2M diesel locos remanufactured by National Railway Equipment of Dixmore, Illinois. They have been rebuilt from second-hand GP35 and GP40 Bo-Bos, and fitted with turbochargers, electronic controls and new three-axle bogies.
