InnoTrans strengthens its presence in the international market

From the 21st to the 24th September 2004, the leading firms from the world’s railway industry will be displaying their latest products and services at the Berlin trade fair ground.

With foreign companies accounting for 45% of exhibitors, InnoTrans is further consolidating its position as the world’s leading railway technology fair. This year will see a markedly greater presence of firms from Asia and North America alongside Europe’s major industry players. For the first time, the South Korean, Japanese and American market leaders are also participating.

Chinese centre of competence

Its objective is to provide know-how for the planned high speed main line projects in China, with the help of German Railway (DB AG), and to serve the Chinese Ministry of Railways as technical consultant.
