Mario Brault becomes President & General Manager of Genesee Rail-One, operator of the Quebec Gatineau and Huron Central railways. Larry Phipps is named President & General Manager of Portland & Western Railroad. Carl Belke takes the new position of General Manager, Fleet, and Matthew Walsh is Manager, Finance & Acquisitions.

From October 1 Patrice Pinoli became head of Intercontainer-Interfrigo’s West Division on an acting basis, replacing Alan Bennett who has moved to become head of ICF joint venture Allied Continental Intermodal.
