Valenciennes inaugurates second tram line

Transport Minister Frédéric Cuvillier attended the inauguration.

FRANCE: The second tram line in Valenciennes opened on December 13. The 15·5 km line with 22 stops links Valenciennes with Vieux Condé and will commence passenger service on February 24.
