USA: Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority has extended its support services contract with Cubic Transportation Systems for six years.
The contract covers the repair and maintenance of fare collection equipment and back-office technology for processing smart card data for Metro and 10 regional operators. The extension is worth $54·5m.
