FRANCE: Alstom presented the first of 19 Citadis 302 trams for Paris Line T7 at its plant in La Rochelle on January 12.
This forms part of a framework contract placed in January 2011 for 70 trams to work lines T7 and T8. The second tranche will cover 20 trams for Line T8, which will link Saint-Denis with Epinay-sur-Seine and Villetaneuse.
The 100% low-floor cars are 32 m long and 2400 mm wide, with capacity for 200 passengers.
