Two Polish tram openings

An extension of Toruń’s tram network to the Bielany residential district and Nicolaus Copernicus University opened on June 24.

POLAND: An extension of Toruń’s tram network to the Bielany residential district and Nicolaus Copernicus University opened on June 24. The 1·7 km extension was built by Budimex at a cost of 49·5m złoty, including five stops, a turning loop and upgrades to existing tracks.
